Refund Policy

Seven-day guarantee. If Pro is not what you expected, email info@deliveriq.live within 7 days of purchase and we will refund the full amount, no questions asked.

After seven days. Otherwise non-refundable, since access is delivered immediately for a fixed period and payments do not recur.

Before you download: full refund. If you have not downloaded the file yet, email info@deliveriq.live within 14 days and we will refund in full. No reason needed. This covers duplicate purchases and buying the wrong item.

After you download: no refund. A template cannot be returned once it is on your computer, so a download completes the sale. We record when each file is downloaded, and you confirm this at checkout before paying. For a bundle, a download of any file in it completes that purchase.

Something wrong with the file: always refunded. Downloaded or not, if a file is corrupt, is not what the page described, or does not work as stated, tell us and we will fix it or refund it in full. That applies without a time limit.

Look before you buy. Every template has a preview on the library page showing the real layout and sample data, so you can judge it before paying.

Duplicate or failed payments. Duplicate charges are refunded in full. If money was debited but nothing was unlocked, contact us — we check the Razorpay record and either deliver what you paid for or refund it.

Processing time. Approved refunds are issued through Razorpay to the original payment method, typically within 5–7 working days.

Your statutory rights. Where the law gives you a cancellation right for digital content, you keep it until you choose immediate access. At checkout for template files you agree to immediate download and acknowledge that this ends the cancellation right. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be waived under the law that applies to you.

Talk to us first. If something is wrong, email info@deliveriq.live. We would rather fix or refund it than have you raise a dispute with your bank, and we answer within 2 business days.
