Refund Policy

Seven-day guarantee. If Pro is not what you expected, email support@deliveriq.live within 7 days of purchase and we will refund the full amount, no questions asked.

After seven days. Purchases are otherwise non-refundable, since access is delivered immediately for a fixed period and payments do not recur.

Duplicate or failed payments. Duplicate charges are refunded in full. If money was debited but Pro did not activate, contact us — we verify against Razorpay records and either activate access or refund.

Processing time. Approved refunds are issued through Razorpay to the original payment method, typically within 5–7 working days.
