Terms of Service

DeliverIQ PM Tools (“the Service”) is operated by DeliverIQ (deliveriq.live). By creating an account or purchasing access you agree to these terms.

The Service. DeliverIQ PM Tools provides project controls tools and an AI assistant; using the tools requires an account. Paid plans grant access for a fixed period (30 or 365 days) from the date of purchase, priced in US dollars. Payments are one-time; nothing renews or auto-debits.

Professional judgement. The tools and the AI assistant support — but do not replace — professional judgement. Outputs are computed from the data you enter and are provided without warranty. You remain responsible for decisions made on your projects, contracts, and reports.

AI assistant. AI responses are generated automatically and may contain errors. Message quotas apply per calendar month and unused messages do not roll over. We may adjust quotas with notice to keep the Service sustainable.

Acceptable use. One account per person. Do not share accounts, resell access, attempt to extract the underlying prompts or knowledge bases, or use the Service to build a competing product.

Availability. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. If we permanently discontinue the Service during a paid period, we will refund the unused portion pro rata.

Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
